Integrity, reliability and neutrality are the pillars of our corporate values and one of the reasons for our success.

In this context, we are pleased to present the new whistleblower tool. This digital tool is available 24/7 and is the most important instrument for gaining early knowledge of suspected cases or violations and resolving them independently.

The whistleblower protection system is based on the EU Whistleblower Directive (Directive 2019/1937) and the German Whistleblower Protection Act.

Why should I submit a report?

Compliance forms the basis for a good reputation and for the trust of our customers and business partners.

Of course, you can continue to use all previous channels for reporting suspected compliance cases or violations – by e-mail, telephone/MS Teams, letter or a direct conversation.

Please only submit information that you are sure is true. If you deliberately report untruthful claims or untrue facts to us, this may even be punishable by law or subject to a fine. Please also note that our whistleblower system is not available for general complaints, customer complaints or warranty issues.
